Your Role: Senior Pricing Consultant
Solve complex pricing challenges for global companies and brands.
As a Consultant at Page-37, you’ll work directly with senior leaders from companies to design pricing strategies that they can directly implement in their products and services.
You’ll analyse, build, and help clients to implement these new practices so that improvements stick and have a real, measurable impact on their business model.
You’ll be exposed to a variety of different industries, challenged to solve difficult problems, and have the opportunity to grow quickly in your career.

Who we’re looking for:
An ambitious consultant who applies commercial experience to strategy and problem-solving.
5–10 years of relevant experience
You bring practical experience in pricing, commercial, sales or marketing functions that gives you a solid foundation for consulting projects.
Fluent in English with Dutch or French
Additional languages are an asset, allowing you to work effectively with our international clients.
Proven problem‑solving and strategy skills
You’ve worked on assessments, strategy, or process improvements and enjoy turning analysis into real change.
Strong communication and analytical skills
You can interpret complex data and present insights clearly to clients and colleagues.
University degree or equivalent experience
A university degree in a relevant field for analytical and strategic work or a post-graduate degree, is an asset.
Open to international projects and travel
You’re willing to travel in Europe and internationally when needed, adapting to client and project demands.

Shaping pricing strategies for over 20 years across industries and markets. Björn began his career as a Consultant at PwC (2001–2005) before serving as Senior Director at Deloitte for 14 years, where he led a team of consultants focused on pricing and revenue optimisation projects. In 2019 he founded Page-37 with the purpose of helping leading companies implement better and fairer pricing, so that a piece of the pie could be shared with everyone.
Today, he is also a leading member of the European Pricing and Profitability Management Community, driving the development of pricing methodologies and market awareness. A recognised thought leader, he speaks regularly at conferences and also works as a professional coach and trainer. His focus is always on turning theory into practice - delivering pricing solutions that are clear, fair, and built to last.
